Apple Crumble:

Ingredients:

3 apples

Crumble Topping

3/4 cup/125g/4 oz brown sugar

1/2 cup/60g/2 oz flour

3/4 cup/75g/21/2 oz rolled oats

60g/2 0z butter

Directions and Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 1800C/3500F/Gas4.
  2. Cut apples into quarters. Peel. Cut out cores. Slice thinly.
  3. Place apple slice in ovenproof dish.
  4. Make topping. Place sugar. flour and rolled oats in bowl. Chop butter into pieces. Add to bowl.
  5. Using your fingers mix in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake for 35 minutes.
