Apple Crumble:
Ingredients:
3 apples
Crumble Topping
3/4 cup/125g/4 oz brown sugar
1/2 cup/60g/2 oz flour
3/4 cup/75g/21/2 oz rolled
oats
60g/2 0z
butter
Directions and Method:
- Preheat oven to 1800C/3500F/Gas4.
- Cut apples into quarters. Peel. Cut out
cores. Slice thinly.
- Place apple slice in ovenproof dish.
- Make topping. Place sugar. flour and rolled
oats in bowl. Chop butter into pieces. Add to bowl.
- Using your fingers mix in butter until
mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake for 35
minutes.
