Easy  Chicken Recipe With Lemon Pepper For Starter 

Today's episode I'm making, lemon Black pepper chicken which is slightly tangy and full of lemon and black pepper flavor Its very easy to make and a super delicious starter that you can enjoy anytime.
 Its an instant recipe, perfect for any get together or party . The best part is, it needs no marination time, you can cook it right away!

so without wasting any time, lets make lemon pepper chicken, lets get started!

Ingredients For Chicken Recipe With Lemon and Pepper

The ingredients you'll need are all

Ingredients: Chicken 1 K.G For marination Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Salt as per taste 1/2 cup yogurt
For the cooking step:

Oil 3 to 4 tablespoons or you can use butter Salt as per taste Green Chilli 4
Tej Patta 2 (Bay leaves) Black pepper corn 4 Finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoons Ginger julienne 1 tablespoons Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons For slurry 2 tablespoons water 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

First, put all the washed chicken in a bowl . Pour some lemon juice add salt, as per taste  . Black pepper powder ginger garlic paste .

Now smoother the curd and add in this mix . Now heat a pan, and add 3 tablespoons of oil . You could add butter with this as well followed by 2 bay leaves , 4 black peppers , 1 tablespoon . Finely chopped garlic Sauté and add ginger julienne sauté for about 40-60 seconds now add marinated chicken and mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes only till all this water evaporates and the colour changes a bit .

Add 3-4 green chillies, slit from the middle a little bit of salt, very carefully as we have added some in the marination step 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder and mix well .
And now on a low flame, cover it and let it cook for 15-20 minutes . Now we'll let this excess water. dry up/make this mixture a little thicker and turn up the flame to high add 2 tablespoons , lemon juice Mix well and let the sauce thicken for about 1-2 minutes check the salt mm perfect! to thicken it a little further, we'll add a slurry for which, in 2 tablespoons of water, add half a tablespoon of cornstarch .
And mix it well pour it all on the chicken! mix well, the sauce has now thickened in 30-40 seconds perfectly switch the flame off and serve this lemon chicken mmm perfect tender, juicy chicken dominant flavour of lemon juice and black pepper .
